Social media has become one of the fastest growing areas of concern for employers because it provides new and often less private ways for employees to share information and interact with co-workers both at and outside of work. In this seminar, we will provide updates on recent labour and employment law cases involving social media, provide practical advice on how to manage social media in the workplace and answer the following questions:
